LeChrista Harrison is Micheal’s wife, business partner and amazing support at home and in the office. LeChrista is a loving mother, whose commitment to her family and faith in Yeshuah HaMashiach (Jesus Christ), continues to be the backbone of All-A-Round AC, Heating and Refrigeration.
Finesse Gray
Director of Office Operations and Compliance
Finesse Gray joined All-A-Round A/C in January 2025 as our Director of Office Operations and Compliance. With a Master’s in Business Management and a background in HR, customer service, and office coordination, she brings structure, professionalism, and a passion for helping others.
She leads the office team, keeps daily operations running smoothly, and supports project management and bid preparation. Her positive attitude and drive continue to make her an asset to the All-A-Round A/C family.
David Powers
Lead Installer and Technician
David Powers joined our company in January of 2018. He has his Universal EPA Certification, and is one of the best installers in Northeast Texas. Dave’s impeccable work ethic ensures his installations are perfect. He was promoted to Lead Installer in the Summer of 2018 after excelling in all areas of accountability. He is dedicated to making sure the job is done right. David is a great asset to All-A-Round Air Conditioning!
